"We really loved this hotel. Magical location, great old refurbished hotel building, amazing view. And staff welcomed us like Whanau Excellent!"

"Room is very clean. Luke handled our check in for our late arrival and greeted us as we were arriving. Helped us with getting our key from lock box and with a great parking spot! And a bottle of wine awaiting for us in our room, too! How kind and thoughtful! Also Luke had met our request for extra pillows, and left a trolly in our room so we could get all our luggage etc from our car to our room!"

"The manager Hershel and his wife were wonderfully accommodating with my very late arrival on the intercity bus. So great to have a warm welcome so late at night!"

"Comfortable stay. Car was safe in the parking spot provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It would of been great if the room had plates that we could of used. And if they could of supplied us with a small bottle of milk instead of those miniature milk capsules. But other than that, we had a great stay"
