「Room was nice, was tidy but lots of cleaning products left on shelves and looked like it hasn’t had a deep clean in a while, some appliances were faulty. Ideal location very central and close to everything - check in was easy enough but the parking was a bit confusing and the chat bot on the made comfy app wasn’t very helpful. Over all was a good stay and worth the price.」

「The place looked abandoned & not open. Absolutely zero communication from the host about checkin process. The property had no access, was surrounded by a high wall & had high grass surrounding it on all sides. I repeat - it looked abandoned & very sketchy. My husband decided not to even stay there because it did not look to be in a safe area. We went to the Hilton Doubletree instead, which is a lovely hotel in Alice. I cannot recommend anything at all about VATU Sanctuary. 」
