「They obviously don't like working with people that use 3rd party apps to book. I booked at 2 queen room, they tried giving me a 1 queen room and said it was expedia's fault. 3 hours later after they realized it was their fault, I got into my 2 queen room. Horrible.」

「The only thing I would like to mention is the back door area was filthy. Dirty, not swept in a very long time. Front door was okay, but we parked in the back due to overflow in front. Back door area was bad. Door glass bad and not swept up and the grill back there i wojkd have NEVER used due to dirty」

「I think this could be the worst hotel in the state of SD! I waited for 20 minutes for someone to check me in. The lobby was filthy. A very institutional vibe. Not welcoming. The elevator has torn carpet & pretty sure it has not been cleaned in years. First elevator I've seen in the USA that did not have a state or local govt certificate displayed in the elevator stating it was inspected & safe to use. Elevator opened on the third floor & it looked like there was spilled gravel on the floor....

「The hotel was nice. The staff were great! The air conditioner in our room made a pretty loud rattling noise when the air/fan was tuning off so that kept us awake some at night. The fitness room is super tiny. The breakfast area was a nice size and had many choices. Overall a good stay!」
