"Really helpful staff, offered welcome drinks on arrival - sadly we were too busy to drink in the hotel or use the gym (which I'd planned too), but was a lovely hotel, very clean and a welcome gift in our room. Excellent terrace with a great view of the town. Would recommend."

"Awesome breakfast and a great location. We had an interior room - which was set up nicely. The exterior rooms had amazing views of the Guggenheim. Bilbao is pretty walkable. We could get to main shopping street in 10 mins an to old town in 20. "

"Great staff, great room for a family and a great location. Well sound proofed room with comfortable beds love the little extras in the room as well. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Minor things, personally like a balcony or an easy way for fresh air would be nice Gym wasn’t great and nothing for kids. Could benefit from doing some kind of evening food but all very minor and a couple of free bottled waters in the room would be fab. "

"Love these hotels. Modern Bright Cheery. Super professional staff. A feeling of community not a hotel. People of all ages mixing together. Love the rooms. Could not even tell there was a busy street and a highway of sorts right outside our window. Never heard a sound. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very good. This is the second city Zi have stayed at a The Social Hub and both have been great "

"Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour. Would recommend. "
