「我对酒店极其不满并愤怒。酒店擅自将我预定的双人床改为单人床。当我与酒店交涉时，值班人员极其粗暴的与我争吵（这是我的经历里从未遇到过的），强词夺理的说单人床也可以说是双人床。旅馆和床对于缓解一天旅游的疲惫是十分重要的，但整整一夜对于都是大尺码夫妻的我们来说，简直就是磨难，我们几乎一夜没睡。第二天办理退房手续时，（因办理入住和退房手续不是一个人，办理退房的人并不知道头天发生了什么情况）在我们没作任何说明前，前台工作人员根据我们实际居住的房间结帐为单人房的价格。由此说明，我们办理入住手续时工作人员提供的房间不是我们事先预定的双人房。除此以外，网上提供的酒店离中心火车站的位置也有误差。我们从中心火车站坐5站地铁，换乘公交车20多站，关键是问许多路人没人知道这个站名。」

「Siamo stati accolti, come nelle precedenti volte, con molta cortesia, consentendoci il check-in anche a tarda notte a causa di nostri sopraggiunti motivi personali. La struttura è accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere, e la pulizia è alquanto accurata. La signora Sonia è stata gentilissima e disponibile, ospitandoci con cortesia e servendoci la colazione, sufficientemente ricca di prodotti, con garbo e gentilezza. Torneremo sicuramente!」

「住的庭院双人房四晚，装修卫生环境都是一流的，早餐一般，热饮不热，房间内保险箱坏的，洗澡下水慢。周边环境很安静，离市中心及景点有点距离，公共交通不是便捷。去旅游的慎选。前台英文不错，服务态度很棒。」

「Excellent hotel! If you have a car this is a great spot. Close enough to city center by car, ample parking on site. Hotel was extremely clean and recently renovated. Staff was wonderful and very helpful/accomodating. Would definitely stay here again! :)」

「I thought the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable to stay in. The manager, Angela, was the greatest in attentiveness and courtesy and extremely helpful. Couldn't get a better person for the position. Her personality and assistance was a definite value add to our trip. My only disappoint was the distance to the tourist attractions. Although not that far in taxi ride ( about 20 Euros) I don't think the property is a good fit for those seeking to walk about any tourist areas. But if...

「This is an excellent hotel located in a very nice and convinent location. You have coffee shops and lovely pizza shops within a few minutes walk. The main bonus is the main bus stop just outside the door and Libia Metro station a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is spotless! Fully renovated. Everything works the shower the TV the coffee machine! Basic breakfast but hits the spot to get you going for the day. The host is a true gentleman. Polite and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel...
