Even though I didn’t get to meet the property manager, Luis, his leadership clearly shows through the entire team. "We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious with good aircon and spotlessly clean. Great black out blinds so had a lovely sleep. We loved the wet bar and forest thermal baths. Even in the rain it was a fantastic experience. The massage we had was fantastic and the spa room had the windows open so you could hear the sounds of the forest. All staff were delightful from check in to check out. We would return. "
