"An absolutely fantastic stay, directly adjacent to the ferry terminal, with excellent views over the lake, and a great breakfast. I like that Verbania is less full of tourists than Stresa, but still has a wonderful waterfront, great restaurants, etc."

"The deco was really nice. Breakfast had an amazing choice of food. Bed was pretty comfortable. I wish there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. A great hotel & I would go back there. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel, however the dining experience was unpleasant. The service was slow and the food options and portions were very disappointing. "
"We had a 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel and everything was absolutely perfect.
The location is amazing overlooking the Lake with a short walk into the town.
There was a plentiful choice for breakfast and parking is also available.

"Just Google this wonderful Duchess of a Hotel. Everything was a joy, yes she is old and a little dated but that's the fun of the amazing experience of staying there."
