「The room needed a deep cleaning...the doors were visibly dirty, the baseboards were grimy and the air conditioner was dreadful...full of dust and dirt hanging from the vents...the border along the bathtub had pulled away ...the beds were clean but overall really needed a deep clean.」

「This place was in terrible shape. There was mold in the bathroom, the shower rod was completed rusted, the there were stains on the blinds, the door was tattered, the baseboards hadn't been cleaned in many many months... I could go on. The owners of this small hotel are making additional investments. The bathroom was recently updated. Unfortunately, there appears to be a lack of day to day care. Frankly, the problem is with Expedia. I'm not opposed to staying in a lower end places,...
