"We stayed for 15 nights.
Beds comfy, staff very helpful but they speak very limited English.
Very close to the Consulate, local mall and places to eat. You can use the gym at the mall for free. Free breakfast is offered, but it was the same thing everyday.
Areas to be aware of: shower water pressure not good, internet connect drops in and out, in door pool is a bit cold, only one old ice machine in the entire building. Had a small laundry on-site, but half the times the machines were not working or the coins were put in incorrectly which caused the machines not to work.
They have a restaurant that is popular, but the food really wasn't that good and they would use the food the next day if it didn't sell. Now if you ordered food from the menu they had that was really good.
The bar does nightly activities, but they do not advertise much, only of Facebook. We though we were staying at the hotel, we had no idea what the bar had going on in the evenings. Bar opens at 8pm, but does serve drinks throughout the day. There is an activity room with a pool table, air hockey and fuse ball. Comfy chairs to sit and read and even tables to sit and play cards.
Honestly if you are going to Juarez I would say to stay here."
