「Host John was informative about local history and art. Lots of antiques and portraits of local forefathers. Plenty to look at inside the preserved 2221 house if you like woodwork. Snacks & coffees eveywhere. Interacting with owners dogs in downstairs area was a plus! Gourmet breakfast. Great weekday one- night restful stay.」

「We were in town for a funeral and we’re pretty miserable coming into town. However, we stayed with Kim and Jim(hopefully that is his name because I think I forgot lol) and things got so much better! Kim’s breakfasts are amazing and her coffee bars are so convenient. The room was so clean and beautiful. The bed was so soft and the blankets were clean and fluffy. We loved their bulldog and their (neighbor’s) cats! The chickens were so fascinating to our nine month old and she loved watching them....

「The property is absolutely stunning for those of us that enjoy older heritage homes. A beautiful and unique B&B - lovingly restored, decorated, and cared for. I was met by the proprietor and shown around, and he graciously shared details of the home and answered any questions I had. The interior and exterior design showcases a loving attention to detail and obvious design expertise. Beautiful amenities in a peaceful environment. I will absolutely stay again. 」
