"Check in process was slow because there was one person at the desk when we arrived at 9:00 pm. There was some sort of problem going on so we had to wait to be checked in. Lobby area did not appear particularly clean and smelled of marijuana. We almost didn’t stay because of the lobby and check in. Upon getting to the room, it was very clean. Bed was comfortable as were pillows. Check out process was just as chaotic as check in. There were several people in line to check out and one clerk. He was very slow. I finally just handed him the key in the folder with my room number and told him I had to go to get to the airport. This was at 6:00 am."

"Cool property but a few things that weren't great - didn't clean room or even offer clean towels. Very short staffed - the front desk was frequently vacant and one person had to do it all (check in/out, questions, valet, get towels etc) Very friendly staff and cool vibe."
