「Great staff! Attentive and eager to help. The hotel itself was pristine! Beautuful and very well suited for the ambient surroundings. They offer several tours, both full and half day, the ones we took were wonderfull. Would definately recommend!!」

From meeting Ana and Claudio upon our arrival to meeting the chef and his amazing kitchen and service staff (with a special shoutout to Naomi) to seeing the llamas every night at dinner…the entire experience was MAGICAL!」

「I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. 」
