「Cleaning staff never came the first day, went to the front desk they said they would put in a “request”for the next day, I asked for towels and coffee which they said I can pick up at the front desk when I get back cause house keeping went home. 「I didn’t see that someone had turned up the heat so in the night it got very warm in the room. Usually I check before bed but had forgotten and the heat was set to 23• degrees which is way too warm for me. 」
