"My stay at Diamond Lesvos was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, I was not given the balcony room with the view that I had booked. Instead, we were placed in a completely different ground-floor room with direct outdoor access. There was also a cat clearly used to entering the room, constantly trying to get inside through the door and windows, scratching and knocking when it couldn’t.
When I complained, the explanation was simply: “The photos on the platform look like that,” which is...
"Lovely people, my only complaint is that the room was a bit outdated and the breakfast had few selections though the food quality was good. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and it is an excellent choice for location."
