「Clean room, great breakfast and staff」

「This is a decent hotel if you're passing through the area and just need a place to sleep. Our double queen room was spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom was quite small. The hotel is starting to show its age in some areas, and unfortunately the cleanliness of our bathroom could have been better. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was enjoyable, but the kids' menu was surprisingly expensive for what was offered. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly with...

「Parking was very easy and the room was cool and very clean. I missed the fact that there was not a coffee maker or microwave in the room but they were conveniently located in the lobby close to our room.」

「When we arrived, there were dirty towels in the bathroom that were still wet. Lots of ants in the bathroom and room. Checkin took way too long. The previous owners and staff seemed genuinely super happy and were friendly all the time. Not the case any more. I felt like the interactions were a hassle and interrupted their day. When I asked for the room to be tidied up and towels changed, the front desk young woman said “oh, the housekeeper was just here” and pointed for me to chase her down....
