「Such a beautiful hotel with tons of character. Loved how unique the rooms and building are. Staff was very friendly and love how accommodating they are with pets. 」

「The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside.
