「Check-in requested downstairs due to a recent surgery. I was told no, even though my receipt showed a downstairs room. Magnetic key stopped working, when I went to the office to get it fixed, no one was there (around 2-3pm). Had to find staff. Room smelled moldy and toilet didn't flush well/water was brown. Took off toilet lid to see issue, back tank full of mold. Then, over charged by $10」

「The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside.
