They need to mention that some of their rooms are located outside. I never would’ve booked with this hotel had I know. It’s very loud and you can hear everyone that passes as if they’re inside your room. Bed sheets were dirty and floors were horribly dirty. Landscaping needs kept up. Driving up, it looked as if the hotel was abandoned.

At check in we had to ring the bell more than once, waited more than 5 minutes for help.We get to room and another guest was smoking with in 6 feet of our door. We get in room and was taken aback by the third world cleanliness, contacted Expedia about refund and was told a refund was not available due to we had already checked in. The floor was gritty and the the shower curtain was at least 6”to long and the lower part was yellow and the shower floor seemed to be putting off little black specs. We stayed thinking we were only going to be there for 3 nights about 8 hours each and not in the room for about 16 hours a day. On last morning I was drinking a cup of coffee sitting in the chair, went to put my feet up on the bed and the chair flipped back and I was thrown to the floor and hit the back of my head on the air conditioner and I feel fortunate that I’m just hurt and not lying there dead. I will never book a Ramada Inn again after this experience.

Hotel would not honor online price. Hotel looks like an investment that they clearly do not have money for the upkeep. Ceiling leaking with buckets set to catheter. Rugs need to be stretched. Room in poor condition. Dirty.

Fine as just a place to stay. Since it was a conference center, I expected a hotel with indoor access…but I guess the indoor rooms are for those at conferences. My room and the person who checked in before me were outdoor access (aka motel) and you had to drive around behind the main entrance side to access it. Walked in my bare feet for a moment and definitely needed to put on shoes in the room. Cracked flooring and it did not feel as though it had been swept in a while. There’s a cool bar/grill attached so that’s cool. And Starbucks was right next door in the am. Front desk staff was awesome, check in was quick. Was just disappointed as a woman who travels alone that I felt the need to be extra cautious because of the motel vibe.

We were there for a family funeral. We had 10 rooms. Friday night we were gathered in the commons area and at 9:00 we were asked to keep it down. Then at 10:00 we were told it was “quiet time” (sign posted says 11:00) and then at 11:00 we were told it was quiet time and we would need to go into a room or the bar. No trouble we did just that. The. Next night informed every room was charged 50.00 disturbing fee. Bugs, ceiling paint peeling and just hanging there. Carpet so old that it gathered causing tripping. Staff straight up rude!

We apologize for the misunderstanding you encountered regarding the open alcohol beverages and loudness from your "Get Together" block. I am guessing you may have stepped away a few times from your group as I have seen our FD agents ask your group to please lower your voices 5+ times between 8:30pm - 11:30pm. The 50 disturbance fee, for the 6 rooms in your block, were added due to many reasons, ie: complaints from other guests regarding the loudness from your group resulting in discounts having to be given to show our apologies, the numerous times between 4/26 and 4/27/2024 that your group had been warned in regards to the open alcohol drinking in our public areas, gathering and blocking the hallway while drinking that is a fire hazard, and pets going into suites that your group was clearly aware of and needing to be fumigated and out of service for a minimum of 3 days for guests who have pet dander allergies. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any services, cleanliness or amenities that did not live up to your expectations. We assure you that had anyone in your group brought complaints of bugs or peeling paint on your check-in date, our front desk would have been more than happy to switch your rooms and thoroughly check your original room to give our housekeeping team. Thank you for alerting us to a possible pest problem. Rest assured we contacted Plunkett Pest Patrol and have received the report that there were no bugs detected. We apologize that your "Get Together" was scheduled while we have been renovating the building including improvements to guest rooms and the hotel's exterior. We have updated our floors to LVT wood floors from the old carpet, painted to all of the rooms and we have been working to switch out our old furniture to new ones. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us and we have strict protocols in place to ensure that every room is thoroughly cleaned after each use. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. On behalf of our entire staff, we thank you for choosing our hotel.

Property construction mess was everywhere. Pool area was closed. Tub drain in bathroom did not work. Ceiling in room showed several marginal repairs. Carpet in open areas was ragged, warped and very tacky. I would not recommend.

Where to begin? Worst night sleep in my entire life. I might as well been sleeping on the floor with how hard that bed was not only that, but there was previous damage to the room as well as stains on the furniture And dirty floors, I did not even attempt to take a shower for fear of catching something from the smell alone. Thankfully, it was a 1 night stay. I was only in town for one day to do some work and drive four hours back home to take a shower in my own home and sleep in my comfy bed. Upon checkout, I was told please don’t leave us a bad review after they asked me how my sleep was and I said I should’ve just slept in my truck.

The room was fine, staff was friendly. Pool and jacuzzi were not useable as they were painting them. Totally bummed as this was a reason we choose the hotel. They should have posted the pool was not in operation.

A fine stopover.
Perfectly adequate for our one night stay over. Excellent hot breakfast which my wife really appreciated. Staff very helpful. I rarely give five star ratings but my four star rating means we liked the place and would certainly stay again.

Plenty of food options surrounding the property. It's also a great set up for convenventions and work meetings. The hotel rooms however could use renovation. Maintenance is needed in many areas. About half of their rooms are set up with an outside entrance giving it a motel feel rather than a hotel.

Great staff but the room was fair.
We stayed very briefly at this hotel. We only needed a place to crash for the night with our kids on our way to Colorado so we didn't want to spend a lot. The staff was excellent; VERY friendly and helpful! The room was not great. The bathtub/shower was very stained and the shower wall looked like it had been painted over to make it look better but it was done very poorly and looked like it was falling apart. The floors were dirty (multiple hairballs on the floor that looked like they had been wet from mopping but then dried - gross).

Chris, the GM, just happen to walk by as I was checking in. He greeted me warmly and said he was walking towards my room and showed me where it was at. Very nice stay.

I went to breakfast before 9:30 am and there was nothing for breakfast, I didn't know if they had cooked or not. There was just nothing just coffee and juice.

Very disappointed... Due to road conditions we arrived late evening and we were grateful for pre booking but when entering room... It kind of when from.bad to worse. We decided to suck it up and go straight to bed.. In morning. We had to. CLean urine and hair off toilet to use it. The bed we didn't use was dirty... The floors were black grime everywhere. The dust all over telephone and stay ds has been there for weeks. The shower walls were black grime dripping down... Etc etc. Very gross. Because we pre booked the clerk says she can not refund. She did feel bad in the morning.. And I don't think it was her fault either...
