Had a 1 bedroom villa. We had to go back to check in for another set of keys because first didn’t work. When unlocking, the entire handle was loose and took a lot of effort to get it unlocked. Very little parking, often finding places a block away. The shuttle down to the Towers was very nice. Pool are was fine, looked much larger in the pictures but it did the trick especially when the ocean is right over the dunes. The villa itself looked clean but the bed was horrible. Felt the springs the entire time, bedsheets for this Queen size bed were actually King size so constantly falling off. Overall it was fine because we did feel safe and had a good time, but will probably stay elsewhere next time.

No WiFi, after several back and forth still no Wi-Fi. Property didn’t seem helpful in this manner. We asked for maintenance to check, not sure they did anything other than leave the door ti our villa unlocked and slightly opened. Loss prevention called but Never got back to us. I wouldn’t stay on this part of property again. As aspected the timeshare meeting was pressed, however Chris wasn’t able to solve any issues. So we skipped.

Room # 1506 was very old fashioned, like walking into the ‘90s. No smart tv’s either. Price we paid was too expensive for type of accommodations we got. When we asked to see what room we were getting they couldn’t give particulars. We will not book again at this property
