"The property looks nice, the employees were very friendly, the room is clean and spacious. The beds however were extremely uncomfortable. We were 4 people and none of us had proper sleep because of those horrible beds and pillows."

"What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house. "This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!"

"We felt very welcome here. At arrival we were offered a nice cup of cofee and a good talk. Fine clean room with good beds. Nice sitting room with open fireplace. We ordered breakfast next morning and it was very good. Only thing we did not like was that the room was rather cold in the evening and night. "
