"Amazing Time!!"

"Great view, cute room, walking distance to the lake and restaurants. "

"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place weren’t very good. 3. Main pool and hot tub closed for maint. Spa pool was open for use but was looking forward to hot tub. 4. Ski in / out not possible due to lack of snow — sometimes a ski Sherpa from Northstar would help drive down guests, but only if you had a lesson otherwise they’d fuss. So either hike down mountain with skis or take 2 gondolas."

"The room was beautiful and the staff was super helpful. They provide so much in the 1 bedroom suite. Very spacious! And a great view. Only thing I can complain about was the bed was pretty hard and the pillows were uncomfortable but the location was perfect with tons of shops and food around. "

"Stayed here in late March and we got lucky that there was still a little bit of snow to go sledding. Our room was not cleaned very well. Dusty and sheets didn’t smell fresh. Outdoor pool can be upgraded. No chairs and lots of missing/broken tiles. "

"Wonderful property, and a very convenient location! We brought our newborn up from Sacramento for a getaway and we loved our 1br apartment. The kitchen was perfect, everything we needed and then some. Will definitely be back "

"Overall, the condo was clean and generally well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for accessing the mountain, which made getting out to ski each day straightforward. That said, the unit itself was quite small and felt a little dated in terms of decor and furnishings. While everything was functional, it could benefit from some modernization to make the space feel more comfortable. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the presence of mice. Although the staff were responsive when we raised it, it was still something that negatively impacted the overall experience and ultimately affected the score I gave the property. In summary, it’s a clean place with helpful staff and a good location, but the small size, dated interior, and especially the mouse issue made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been."
