"There were bugs on the window seal of my room, coming through the cracks and just dying. The bathroom had lots of short hairs all over the floor. The jacuzzi was out of order, and the food at IHOP and Applebee’s was terrible. The customer service was terrible too. There was always a 10-15 minute wait, even though there were plenty of tables to be seated at. Meanwhile, the restaurant workers were sitting behind a wall, relaxing or joking around the entire time."

"Parking was easy and spacious. Room was clean. Blackout shade was a little worn and our room faced a busy freeway which we could hear through the window. Temperature of the room was good. Staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. Entire hotel was clean and quiet."
