"Nothing bad to say. The staff was extremely helpful. The interior is bright, clean, well designed. Our room was quiet (we were on 9th floor) with a view of the harbour. Location is great, about 1km walk to wharf area for shopping, eating, transit options. I would definitely recommend and will be back."

"This is a superb hotel - bedding so comfortable and the room very quiet. Its a great way to sleep of travel before driving anywhere. the ONLY criticism I have (and its a small one) is someone had let their young children into the gym on their own in the morning, and I went to reception and asked staff to deal with it but no one did. The boys were almost falling off the treadmills at high speed and should not have been unsupervised - I do wish a staff member had come up to sort it after I asked as I was worried seeing them using the equipment. They would have only been around 10 years old."
