The front desk attendant who I also believe is the manager was courteous upon checking in. I did have an hard time understanding him due to his broken English. I had only one interaction with another staff member who spoke no English. Upon entering the hotel I noticed it was dirty, the walls, floors and carpets needed a good cleaning. My room was the same. I had to have housekeeping come and change my bed cover because the one on the bed had boogers on it. Both mornings we had breakfast at 8 am, both morning the eggs and sausage were cold. The counters and tables were dirty. When I went into the refrigerator to get a yogurt I noticed there were ice packs taped to the back of it, that changed my mind quickly for having anything from there.

I wanted to give a better rating because the staff was so nice, but the facilities were so run down and dirty. I will say its one of the better budget hotels. They have a decent pool, and the free breakfast, plus multiple vending machines, and its in the heart of settlers green. You can tell they had been recently renovated, beds seem new and comfortable and bathrooms have all been redone. However the cleanliness of the rooms is something they need to focus on. Not sure the bed spreads have been laundered before us, and the walls, floors and ceiling need a really good scrub. Even the shower loooked like it was not cleaned before we checked in. Overall for the price it was ok, probably should be less expensive considering the upkeep.

They didn't have bath tubs. They upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi didn't work room and we found dirty ild clothes from the last person in a drawer. The breakfast wasn't great. The coffee was old coffee that they burnt and the food was stale and gross. I will not stay there again. The hitel folks are lazy and want you to put a five star review with their names. They don't deserve it.

The smell as soon as you walked in was moldy and old smelling. The room was tiny and not as advertised. It was supposed to have a jetted tub in room and dint even have a tub at all! Doesn’t matter though because the bathroom was so outdated and had plumbing issues. Anyone in the building used the water and you could hear the tub, sink, and toilet gurgle! Also there were those flying beatles everywhere in the bathroom. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The drain in the shower didn’t drain well, so had to take a quick one so it wouldn’t spill over the side. The room had a weird Oder to it. The breakfast buffet was also almost gone and they said they went to get items to replenish but never returned. Our neighbors were extremely loud late into the evening, 11-11:30 pm and the staff never said anything to them.
