Very nice grounds, property is well maintained. Room was cl3an and well furnished with a nice setup. The area is great for what we came for, outdoor activities, with everything close by.

Beautiful apartment and area

It is a beautiful apartment, very clean and right under Cranmore mountain, there is a zip lining right next to the apartment. We hiked in the area and it was stunning.

Staff was friendly and professional. Resort was clean and the foliage was stunning. The rooms are huge and super clean. The beds were soooo comfortable! Highly recommend and will definitely return. Except next time I will stay the entire week instead of 1 night.

Although the check-in and key retrieval process was a little confusing, the entire rest of my stay was lovely. There was a thoughtful care package waiting for me when I arrived and all of the in-room instructions were explicit and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

Condominium was beautiful, well appointed, clean. Noise level from above condominium very loud from running and banging and jumping after 11:00pm and before 7:00am. Would not recommend this unit for anyone who expects to SLEEP

We arrived at the property and didn’t know where to check in. I checked my confirmation email from when I booked it a few months in advance. It stated that I would receive a email 48 hours before, but I didn’t receive anything. I called the number 4 or 5 times with no answer. Finally, on the 6th call I talked to someone and she emailed me with instructions on where to go. Other than that it was a clean and beautiful condo.

Dirty blanket in bedroom closet that was folded. Makes me question the rest of the linens. Children running upstairs the floor above woke me up at 6am I was very unhappy. Weird noises at night. Trash is so far away outside the building and must be removed by guests. TV volume very low. Great area lots of activities. Would stay again on a top floor unit.

Amazing Family Stay

These condos worked perfect for our family as we prefer to stay in and cook rather than eat out all week. The condos are brand new and beautiful. The pool was super clean and all the fun was literally steps away!

This was perfect for a little getaway! The condo was nicely furnished, with mini-fridge and microwave, and coffee maker and teapot! Simple dishes and utensils onsite meant no paper plates and plastic forks! The building is beautiful - everything is brand new! And the pool and hot-tub building is just steps away - with a nice indoor seating area overlooking the pool. Downtown North Conway is just a mile away with lots of great restaurants, shops, and good golf! We'll be back! Thanks!

Expected much better

great location, clean and good looking condo. Unfortunately we had terrible neighbors above us and the condos have no sound proofing. I attempted communication to owner both days and received no reply. I still have not received a reply. Very unfortunate experience to lose sleep, relaxing moments and not be able to enjoy a beautiful and expensive condo. If I had received a reply with some sort of action it would have been a very different review.

The room overall was nice and updated with plenty of space for our family of 3. The pool and gym were both clean and we appreciated the location. However, we immediately had issues that made us decide not to stay next year when we visit. First, we arrived on a Thursday when it was 90 degrees outside. We were looking forward to using the pool, which was advertised as being open 7 days/week. When we checked in, the pool was closed and we were told that we required a reservation 24 hours in advance for it to be opened during the week. There was no mention of this on the website or in the check instruction email (otherwise we would have made the reservation!). It was extremely frustrating. We then found chunks of black mold on the couch, which sits underneath a mini-split cooling system. This unit was clearly in need of cleaning, as it continued to blow out mold throughout our stay (the ones in the bedrooms did as well). Not feeling comfortable hanging out in the couch with the air conditioning (during a hot, muggy couple of days) was annoying. It also seemed odd that we had to take the trash out ourselves upon check out, or risk a $50 fee. Haven’t had this type of rule anywhere aside from an Airbnb. There was also only one bottle of soap in the unit (2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen). All in all, it appeared nice initially but these issues impacted our stay.

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The price of this condo is outrageous in comparison to other properties in the area that have much better amenities. Don’t be fooled by photos you will see of a pool. It was noted to use the pool you need to place a reservation 24 hours in advance to ensure it’s “ ready” . Upon going to look at it the hot tub it was barely warm and the pool was cold and dirty ( full of hair and bugs ). We attempted to locate a manager for assistance and was told no manager was on site & that we would be called after we left on Monday. NOBODY was around to assist. This was a Holiday weekend. When finally the Tue arrived after we returned home I received a email stating the pool was evaluated to be “ fine” that the cold front caused the hot tub to not be warm enough. I’ve stayed at the Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash for a quarter of this price and had an amazing experience during a blizzard with their outdoor pool being so hot is was comfortable to swim in during. Blizzard!! This condo gives off a vibe of run down even though the inside of the actual condos are beautiful. Don’t be fooled. You won’t have proper amenities. We had to take out our own trash which makes no sense when we paid a very costly maid fee. This place nickels and dimes you but has nothing special to offer for the cost. I suggest looking elsewhere in the area . I would not stay here again even if they lowered their price.

There were some issues, but the primary reason I won't go back is the noise from the room above us. They did NOTHING wrong, it was 100% the construction/sound proofing. Every single step they took sounded like a giant up there stomping their feet
