「Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. 」

「When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. 「Great little ground floor apartment right opposite the heated pool and spa. The apartment was clean, the cupboards were reasonably well stocked with appliances and helpful amentities like washing powder and dishwashing tablets. Beds and couch were comfortable. The toilet roll provided was very flimsy and low quality, but since there were only 2 rolls there we bought the better stuff anyway. Happy with the location right by Flynns beach, had a great stay.」
