「Newly opened property. Staff were seemingly still learning computer systems and procedures, so check in was quite slow. Upon entering our room it was clear that it had not been cleaned. Staff was able to get us switched to a different, clean room, and while they did apologize they didn’t take any special steps to accommodate or “make it right” in any appreciable manner. 「Is a nice place but the bad thing about it was that the AC did not work at all I went to the front desk and they said we can fix it for you at 7:00 am or 8:00 I said no I’m leaving this place before because I couldn’t sleep and it was about 3:00 am when I went to the front desk」

「Nice stay at a reasonable price. Only issue was keys being shut off randomly, and I witnessed other guests experiencing the same issue throughout the stay. Otherwise clean, comfortable, nice staff. Would recommend.」

「Place was not a 3 star hotels. Wasn't clean, the sink in the room was propped up with 2 boards! The pool was broken. I had inquired 3 days prior and they assured me it would be fixed. The front desk person said she reserved 2 room right next to each other as we needed 2 rooms. When I arrived there were no such reservations and we ended up 6 rooms down. I tried to find another hotel but it was too late to find anything. Was disgusted」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「No room cleaning for 4 days. Room smells. Dirty carpet. Breakfast is not good. Toilet too high for handicap. No fan in the toilet. Windows stuck and doesn't open.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
