Good but some issues

Very nice social areas and a great breakfast. The rooms are getting a bit tired, still nice but refurbishing will be needed soon. Unfortunately the blind on a window in my room was completely broken and would not lock down into place. So bright light all night. My complaint was handled well by reception. I hope this is fixed for the next guest in room 735.

The hotel is centrally situated just opposite the city hall! The breakfast is excellent, the beds are comfortable! The rooms are a little outdated with som wear and tear! Other than that the service from hotel staff was excellent! I can recommend this hotel!

A recommended hotel in Norrköping

Overall is good. Close to the train station. Staff are friendly and supportive! Quick Response in email! Super good to have air conditioning room. But the room is a bit dusty still ..... although they keep our room very tidy everyday Breakfast was not bad , various of food, I personally like the potatisbullar, and fruits!
