Hotels near Norman Station

"The room wasn’t clean. It was ran down. The beds were advertised as queen, but they were much smaller. We were told breakfast started at six, but it wasn’t ready until well after seven won’t be back. Then when the breakfast was prepared, it was disgusting. "

"The room was so clean! Cleaner than any room I have ever stayed in. Parking was great right next to the room easy to load and unload the car. The staff was great super friendly gave us all the information we needed to know lots of options for shopping and other things nearby. I would have to say even though it looks like an older property it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in , especially with the cleanliness. "

"Electrical outlets didnt work, light switches had to be turned on a certain way innorder for them to come on. The wood for the fridge and drawers werenl warped, you couldnt close the doors. It is dirty. Just needs a good cleaning and paint job. But they really need to look at all the electrical problems. Definitely could start a fire. "

"Beds were sunken in and not comfortable. Breakfast was continously empty. I felt like I worked there as many times as I had to track a worker down and let them know something wasnt working or things were empty. Despite the noticeably long lines of people looking around for help. I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Both were closed down on night of our stay and then the hot tub was still closed the following morning. The advertisement of sound proof rooms are a joke. We were next to the staff room and another family. All we heard were the slamming of the staff door and their loud conversations, and the shenanigans of the family next to us. The kids kept running up and down the hallway knocking on our door then running back into their room and banging on their own door almost every 5mins. We finally got tired of it and knocked on their door asking to speak with an adult, the oldest one told us the parents werent there and they had been left in the room (which explains why they were being disruptive). All evening this occurred. We asked for an extra blanket while checking in and waited 3hours for it. During that 3hours i called down twice and front desk called up twice to see if it had been delivered which it hadnt. We also requested towels as we were only given 3 when the room was booked for 4. About an hour and a half wait for those as well. The tvs also kept turning off and resetting in both room during the entire stay. Very unpleasant stay"

"Pool never had towels stocked. Hotel never disclosed that jets on hot tub were broken. When notifying manager of broken equipment I was scolded and treated like a child. Manager physically walked me over to the button and physically showed me that it was broken. Offered no solution and/or concerns for the comfort of my stay. "

"Somewhat limited breakfast items. Please add peanut butter "

"Room was fantastic! The outside could use some TLC, but when we walked into our room we were pleasantly relieved. Also we travel with our Aussie alot and it was nice not being harassed for extra pet fees. "
