「Very nice, conveniently located, and affordable hotel. The staff at the reception was excellent (a young man with good English and always ready to help). I did hear (repeatedly) an ongoing alarm clock from another room in the middle of the night... but that is not the hotel's fault (I think). Overall, great experience.」

RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. 「The hotel room was really big, it just felt a little run down and dated. The hair dryer stopped working, the television didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a bit of a plumbing issue. The staff were great and rectified the plumbing issue quickly. You could hear bricks underneath the carpet when walking, again maybe just an age thing.
