不喜歡：住宿環境和硬體
We spent 3 nights at this resort, was supposed to be oceanfront but we had a view of the lobby, unless you stood in the far corner of the balcony then you could see the ocean. The AC didn’t work so our room never got lower than 80° and we told the receptionist on night 1 of this and was told maintenance would come check it out. Maintenance never came, saw him in the halls on day 2 and asked and he said we were far down on his list and he was already 17 jobs behind at that point. Bed was hard and not comfortable.
We did like the short walk to the beach and the 4 pools! My kids had fun swimming at the pool with the waterfalls, up until a young child pooped on the ground and the parents picked it up but didn’t clean/sanitize or have an employee come handle it. Loved having restaurants on-site. Tried to do Freebee to go down to the other end of the boardwalk but they don’t go down as far as this resort which stunk because we didn’t want to have to pay for parking to drive down that way while also paying for parking daily at the resort also.
