「This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.」

「Friendly helpful staff, and a large clean room, the cleaning team were all friendly and helpful too. Shout out to the lady who made me a coffee - without asking, when I was working on my laptop in the bar area - very thoughtful - it was appreciated.
The house and setting are beautiful, could do with a little updating in places.」

「The staff couldn't have been more helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and the Spa facilities all you need. We had breakfasts and evening meals- all fabulous. Thank the staff so much for us as we had a wonderful break, Clare」
