10/10 Excellent

"We had a short overnight stay but had a great experience. I would certainly consider this hotel for a longer stay. Our room was apacious and very comfortable. I made use of the gym and the ‘food hall’ concept for breakfast (you select your reasonably priced items then pay via a McDonalds like order screen) with other items was great. The hotel is located close to a variety of eateries and a quality shoppping mall, and is a short walk from Stadhuis and Rotterdam Centraal metros/trains."

"Adrian at the desk was friendly, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. He was super helpful. All other staff were very good but Adrian was one who really stood out with his superb customer service skills. Room could have done with coffee and milk instead of just green tea. There was an urn of coffee downstairs to help ourselves but it would have been useful in the room. Air con wasn’t working but there was a fan which was useful. Superb location. Walking distance to train station and Rotterdam Central. Very happy with our stay"
