Wonderful owner

The owner was able to help is call a cab the first night we were there. Internet was provided and dependable 90% of our visit. It was cozy and clean, the only down side was there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The water was Luke warm, felt great after a day in the sun. 10 min drive to the beach, local bar a few min walk down the road. If your looking for a place to just rest and quite away from all the tourists, i would recommend this.

Rustig gelegen plekje,vlak bij hotels en strand.

Eerste geboekte app kwam niet overeen met foto site..was veel keiner.gelukkig was een kamer vrij met aparte slaapkamer,hebben wel extra moeten betalen ervoor..was wel de moeite waard.Eigenaar was erg aardig en hulpzaam.app had wat mankementen en is aan een opknap beurd toe.verder een plezierig verblijf gehad.

Alta Montana Hotel Review

The manager was nice and helpful but the facilities could use some improvements. 1. There was no hot water in the bathroom shower or sink. I'm pretty sure that the bathroom was not even plumbed for hot water. 2. We had to buy a can of ant spray to kill all of the flying ants that were hanging on the wall. After a few days of spraying, we didn't have the ant problem any longer. 3. The management does not provide toilet paper. 4. The door lock was very difficult to unlock from inside the room. You had to use a key to lock the door from the inside therefore, anytime you wanted to leave the room, you had to use the key to open the door. It looked like the door and lock were fairly new but it really was difficult to lock and unlock. I worried that in the event of an emergency, we would have a hard time getting out of the room. 5. The bed needs new mattresses. 6. The maid service is only once a week on Wednesday. 7. At first, it was hard to locate the motel due to the fact that there are no road signs that mark the names of any street on Aruba. It took a few days to learn how to find places because of this problem. 8. I know that the guard dogs are probably necessary but it was annoying to have the dogs bark at you when you came and went and when you took out the trash. Two out of the three dogs were not dangerous, but one of them I'm sure would attack if it got out of the fence area. The trash cans are right up against the fence and the barking dogs are very close.

Tutto ciò che serve e qualcosa in più

Ottima soluzione appena fuori da Palm Beach quindi anche dai locali. il punto è strategico in quanto trovandosi a metà strada fra la costa ovest e quella est permette di arrivare velocemente alle principali destinazioni sia che si voglia fare trekking (est) o si voglia passare una giornata in spiaggia (ovest) iL mini appartamento di circa 35 40 mq che ci è stato dato era in ottime condizioni con cucina living un bel bagno la tv e tutti gli elettrodomestici principali compresi macchina da caffè e microonde. Presenti tutte le stoviglie ed una bella serie di asciugamani. Presente anche wi fi e tv. Un bel giardino con tavolo dove poter fare colazione ( vento permettendo). Noi avevamo affittato le bici direttamente dal proprietario Diego delle due l'una ottima l'altra un po' vecchiotta. Dopo tre giorni infatti si è danneggiata leggermente ma il proprietario le ha riprese indietro restituendoci i soldi dei giorni non utilizzati senza nessun problema . Più si è offerto di accompagnarci in svariati posti con la sua auto e si è reso utile in diversa maniera persino fornendoci un pezzo di aloe nel suo giardino per medicare le bruciature da sole della mia compagna . Giudizio complessivo molto buono ma se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto potremmo dire che la stanza non avendo una finestra per far circolare l'aria risulta un po' calda specialmente per chi soffre l'aria condizionata e non gradisce accenderla. Ad ovviare il problema una pala sul soffitto garantirà il sonno notturno.
