"This hotel is a fraud. I booked a room on July 12...showed up on the 27th, they took my Passport photo and personal info, then said they didn't have a room for me. Wouldn't give me a refund because they said they didn't receive any money. I was charged for the stay even though I didn't stay. It is a clever little scam they got going on at this hotel. They target foreigners. I filed a claim with my credit card agency and will report the fraud to Hotels.com."

"The room has no hair dryer which is the most basic thing the hotel should provide. There are roster or chickens on left side of the hotel which make a loud noise to the room since 5 a.m. as well as in the evening. It really disturbs the rest time for me.
