Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. 「We Stayed here in May 2026. It's a great location with shops Zoo and Beach in walking distance and the old town Harbour and other areas within a 20min Car journey. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.」

「The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.」

「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」
