Beautiful property, rooms were great. Staff/customer service could be better. They have many activities planned, but unfortunately, they were either canceled or ended early. For example, live music planned until 10pm ended at 9pm, and the prior day was scheduled until 6pm ended at 4pm.
We also had rented a slip for our boat, and the day of arrival was raining, and were told it wasn't possible to cancel that day's reservation.
Not great way to start our vacation, the resort can cancel their events but had to charge us for a slip rental we didn't use.
