「床十分难睡导致整晚无法入眠，床单和被套也很脏，房间有一股潮湿的味道，接待的前台态度也不太友好，厕所的抽气也是坏的一打开就发出很大的声响，预定的是一张大床，结果前台给我们的房间确是两张床，实在无语！」

「This is my second time staying at the Grand Hyatt. I found this hotel after a horrible experience at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Hotel in Mid Towne. The best choice!! From the valet, to the front desk check in. Services were impeccable. There is a young lady at the Market who is the sweetest person. Make sure you visit the Adler Md say hello. Comfortable bedding, walkable area. You will not be disappointed 」

「The hotel is nice. Nice location. My only issue was the perverted font desk clerk who was looking at the butts of all the women that came in and making comments. I was staying there as a staycation and this made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. 」
