「Elevator was not working during entire stay despite being told by staff it was going to be fixed before check out. Had to carry 3 heavy bags down multiple flights of stairs. Common areas were dirty, staircases needed a thorough vacuuming, gym floors dirty especially under treadmills, gym had a dirty smell , front desk person was rude when I asked when elevator would be operating again.」

「The positives: The rooms and the property were immaculately clean and well-kept and the choice of pools (indoor and outdoor) was a nice amenity. The negatives: Booking through Expedia incurred a $10 fee that was unexpected and the hotel staff did a mediocre job explaining the rationale for that charge.
