This is an old style road-side (hiway-side) motel.
However my room was nicely renovated with thermopane windows, flooring, bathroom, refrigerator and smart TV.
Hiway noise still heard during the day, but by 11pm only the occasional transport going by.
Highly recommend for the price.

I don't normally write negative reviews but this place is kinda a dingy hole. We were put in a room with no heat and a broken door after 10 hours of driving with a 5 month, when it was still pretty cold outside. We informed staff and intially they argued with us that it just took time to come on. Almost an hour later after having to complain again and turn down an old space heater which was their solution to the heat clearly not working, they put us in a slightly nicer room. Ironically it seemed to have the opposite issue, it was baking in the room and the thermostat didn't seem to work. It was late and we were exhausted with a fussy baby so we just got ready for bed. The beds were uncomfortable, it was too hot to sleep and the road noise was the cherry on top.. The final straw was a truly terrible shower that squealed extremely loudly the entire time it ran, which is not ideal with a sleeping baby.
I've stayed in alot of hotels and motels throughout my travels, this one is top three worst stays, which is pretty disappointing given the cost.
