"Great hotel. Well located. Really beautiful. Only note is the prices of all restaurants was high. Hotel's airport transport was pricey as well. It was located right on a beautiful beach. Rooms were spacious and every view from the restaurants was spectacular."

What really made our time unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The portions were generous, and we’re pretty sure we left having gained a few happy pounds! "We stayed at Jeeva Klui Resort for three nights and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring from check-in to check-out. "A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good. "

"Great concept but not complete yet - Still building at the site - Empty pool etc. rooms are good but small details lacking - nowhere to hang towels for example. Feels a bit hit and miss but overall vibe ok and staff are lovely "

"The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised."
