「I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....

「We booked the private family room/suite. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags. Upon our return many hours later our room was gone. They did not mention this earlier and had plenty of time to do so, especially given that they sat us down for water to welcome us. 「Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. 「Horrible service received from the hotel staff. Pre-booked and paid rooms were not “available”. No notice from the hotel beforehand. Hotel didn’t help to arrange another accommodation. They just told to go nearby dormitory. 」
