"Wir waren vom 10.03 bis 12.03.25 in diesem Hotel als einzigste Gäste. Freundlich, sauber, freundlich vielleicht das falsche Wort weil es echt herzlich war. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das kleine nubische Hotel echt ein Traum. Die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. "The owner is very friendly and speaks perfect English. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. The area in front of the hotel is beside the river. There was some construction happening on the the building that was a little inconvenient at the entrance, but the room was great! Cold air conditioning, comfortable beds ample sized room with beautiful view of the Nile and boats out the window."

"This property was exactly what I needed. It was private and quiet. The chef prepared the food I needed which brought me joy. The staff and management were great and the cleaning staff were awesome! Grateful for Ali and Ismail for assisting me and my husband in enjoying our stay!"

"Best location in Aswan. We have stayed here several times before. Top of the town and on the Nile. Quiet and tranquil. Upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great view and spacious. Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive cold. However, the guest relations managers (Monika and Sarah) were superb with us, and the General Manager Mr. Mohamed Ragab was an excellent host. I am confident that these small issues will be resolved to make our next stay even better. God willing, see you soon. Thank you. "

"Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos. Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services. But everything else was wonderful."
