The staff was courteous. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I left bags for a few hours and that was not a problem. The room was very clean. The only thing to know about the hotel is that the building itself is 5 or 7 sided, so the rooms have strange angles. For example, the bathroom seems small for the size of the room, but that is only because of the odd shape of the entire room. The location is excellent. Steps from the main train station and a quick walk to the downtown core. 20 minute walk to the outskirts of Radboud University.

Super aardige en behulpzame medewerkers. Bij het inchecken namen ze echt de tijd voor je. Kamer was prima. Beetje warm maar de ramen konden open. In de kast vonden we wel een gebruikte handdoek van een voorgaande gast en een rol cadeaupapier wat achter gebleven was. Locatie van het hotel is top. Je loopt zo het centrum van Nijmegen in. Parkeren is ook goed geregeld.

Enjoyed the ready welcome process since it was a late arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room pretty clean and did find it a bit could, and took awhile to discover the heating system so I had a cozier room, but all in all very pleasant stay.

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect if you want outside of the tourist areas but close enough to walk to everything. Bonus is the train station is on the next block! The staff was incredible and I highly recommend the breakfast!

Very nice bed. Exceptional blackout curtains if you wish to sleep in. above average front desk and kitchen staff. The most amazing breakfast I have ever seen / eaten. Main negatives are (1) non-secure wifi (2) really bad desk position screwed to floor, that blocks mobility around room and prevents desk use (laptop) while watching TV. Desk needs to be turned 90 deg. (3) super slippery bathtub - needs a bath mat or better, permanent friction strips on tab
