Eurogames in Nijmegen
Had a wonderful week in Nijmegen and this place had a big part of it. Cool cabins, friendly staff, great area. Beware of that you need to pay with debit card or cash. No credit cards accepted. Great bar and food area on the beach. Me and my friends ended every night there. Perfect for a night cap. Definately coming back!

Living on a boat
The boat is a super cool and cute place. The rooms and the whole interior is really special and cozy. Much more fun than just staying in a “normal” hotel. There’s a little beach right next to the boat to enjoy the sun. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. We definitely want to come back :)

Unique and cool but not for a long stay
Very unique experience. Cool bohemian main lounge area. No internet except in the lounge. No shower, just a curtainless tub with shower hand wand. Food was good. People were great. Free roaming dog is friendly. Parking is far from convenient. The "beds" in the big room are just pads on wood slab, and lack any quality bedding, sheets or pillows, blankets etc.that part was the only big miss. The boat in general needs a lot of maintenance

I had a late stop over in Nijmegen and booked this late. Arrived to find a warm reception in a cosy café bar / museum. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Accommodation was beyond my expectations and I found myself in a very homely room where I had a great night sleep. Breakfast was excellent and very filling.

Heerlijk verblijf
We hebben echt genoten..hadden voor 1 nacht geboekt maar als het weer de andere dag beter was geweest dan hadden we graag nog een nachtje gebleven. Was Heerlijk en kortbij het centrum van de prachtige stad Nijmegen. Er was savonds ook heel gezellig op het dek terras van Opoe Sientje..

super place with antique items-super brekfast-easy location-the personel friendly and helpfool - the only thing that needs improvement is the wifi to the rooms or the terrace and the doors to the wc that if you are not alone you dont have privacy-but overrall its a great experience- I am a happy client that goes again and again

Wer das außergewöhnliche sucht ist hier richtig. Das alte Lastschiff wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail in ein Hotelschiff umgebaut. Luxus darf man nicht erwarten, dafür aber eine herzliche Betreuung. Das Frühstück sollte unbedingt mitgerichtete werden. Es lohnt sich.

Quirky and chilled
We chose the boat as it is a refurbished barge that has been turned into a four room guest house. It is moored practically under the bridge from Nijmegen to Arnhem and is a 10 minute walk up into town. Being down by the river, it is a bit isolated and they were setting up for a festival on bank by the boat so there stalks and a bar and portaloos being set up. The people who worked on the boat and nearby were really friendly and helpful and overall there is a chilled vibe to the place. The breakfast of cold meats and cheese, warm bread rolls and peanut butter or nutella was lovely and a great start to out travels the next day.

Urige Gemütlichkeit und individuell Eingerichtet. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Situation, dass zwischen Schlafbereich und Bad keine Trennung ist. Sonst war alles super. Netter Service und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Abenteuerliches Hotelschiff.
Mann muß Handtücher selber mitbringen und am besten wie wir auch einen Heizlüfter kaufen gehen, denn leider bekommt man nur einmal 2 Handtücher , auch bei Nachfrage, egal wie viele Nächte man dort gebucht hat. Sauber gemacht wurde die Kabine nicht täglich.Während unserem Aufenthalt kam niemand . Heizung, wir waren im Oktober da, ging nicht. Man muss sich auch einstellen das einmal in der Nacht der Maschinenraum Motor anspringt und für 10 Minuten läuft. Das schlafen ist dann erstmal zu ende. Wir haben das Hotelschiff wegen Urlaub mit Hund gebucht, daß war voll in Ordnung. der Hund war Herzlich willkommen und Gassi gehen konnte man direkt am Bootssteg. Auch das Frühstück war Super und Lecker! WLAN gab es leider nur im Frühstücksraum und nicht in der Kabine. Parkplätze Fehlanzeige. Man kann abends von 21 bis 9 Uhr vor dem Boot Parken aber dann untertage kostet 1 Stunde 2,60 Euro. Tipp das "Eiermarkt" Parkhaus nicht weit weg verlangt für 24 Stunden 11 Euro. Es war für uns ein Abenteuer aber das Schiff hat noch Luft nach Oben.

Neat Experience
Very interesting place to stay. The boats are old but well maintained and interestingly decorated. The staff was amazing and breakfast was good.
