"お風呂が心地よく、24時間使えるのもありがたかった。アメニティや飲み物等の備品が品質良く、使いやすかった。部屋にあるのでなく、フロント辺りに集約されているので、無駄がない。フロアにゴミの分別コーナーがあって、片付けやすかった。ゴミの片付けは自分たちでやって当たり前だし、部屋にゴミが残されずにいて良い。朝食のおにぎりが作りたてで、ほっこりして美味しかった！周囲の環境が静かで、のんびりと安らぐことができた。ありがとうございました😊"

"朝起きた時、新緑の美しさと鳥の鳴き声に感動しました。ベランダが清掃されていればより良かったです。バイキング会場は思っていたより近く感じました。温泉施設までバスを出していただき助かりました。ホテルよりも、Expediaアプリで困りました。今回は、こどもの年齢がすべて0歳で登録されていました。自分の登録ミスかもしれませんが、確かめる術がありませんでした。追加料金を支払ってホテルに対応していただき、なんとかなりました。前回の予約では、値段がホテル側の計算と違うとホテルから連絡をもらいました。一度アプリ側に問い合わせましたが、結局その後メールは頂けず音沙汰ないので予約はキャンセルしました。海外のアプリだからシステムが違うとどちらのホテルからも指摘されました。日本のホテル予約も快適に使えるアプリであって欲しいです。"
