「I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room」

「Beds were comfortable. Apartments were in the attic of a building 4 floors from ground level. Poor lighting in apt at night Carpets were worn out, including the winding narrow stairs Toilets flushed ok, but still experienced a foul odor in apt. Once up and down stairs, along with suitcases lasting for 3 weeks, the Best thing was the VIEW out over the canal. We had a resident mouse that showed up daily. We survived and experienced Amsterdam for 4 days and didn’t get sick!」

「雖然開頭係hotel.com， 揾酒店揾係阿姆斯特丹的酒店，揾左呢間出來，個價錢係比其他平好多，但原來呢個酒店唔係阿姆斯特丹內， 所有阿姆斯特丹的交通劵都用唔到，要另外買火車票， 而且車程要半小時，所以要去阿姆斯特丹市區玩的朋友要注意。 但適合去渡個假，感受下陽光同海灘。仲有，個價錢係唔包稅？ 我地check out 個陣，個屋主向我地收左10歐稅。」

「The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended.
