"The bathroom in the room was nasty and had used washcloths in there. The room had a weird smell like a musty smell. I had to spray my cologne to make it manageable. "

"First room had a terrible smell. Upon request, we did switch rooms. Checking out I got my receipt and what I was charged was $25 more than the receipt given. I have made requests for management clarification and am being ghosted. Not great breakfast options. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. "

"Our family spring break here was near prefect. Liked villa and French Lick hotel pools. Clean condo. Well stocked for cooking, laundry and relaxing in jacuzzi. One night out at Chicago Pizza was great and happy with bowling at FL Hotel. Did not like the steep walk from parking area and unloading supplies, etc. Kids favorites were at the activity center at FL Hotel. Cost for crafts and tye dye shirt making were reasonable with villa discount. Planning to return."

"The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing "
