"The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "

"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann recht schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir das ja gesehen hätten, wenn wir über das Hotel direkt...

"Wir haben uns während unseres Kurzurlaubes rundum wohlgefühlt .Das Zimmer lag im 2.Stock,gut mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Die Verpflegung war auch sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Außerdem gab es in Mühlhausen so viel zu sehen, so daß wir bestimmt noch Mal wiederkommen würden."
