"+ Great hotel, beautiful building, amazing spa, delicious breakfast, cozy room, friendly staff. A baby bed was provided for free. We can definitely recommend this hotel. − We missed having a fridge in the room, and the restaurant design does not match the hotel’s beautiful architecture."

"The hotel was Clean and New with friendly staff. However, the band that was playing in the attached conference room did not finish until 2:30am!!. I was on the 2nd floor and the noise level was bad. I was not warned of this so had i known there was an event until 2:30am i would booked somewhere else."

"The schloss ort is in one of the best locations to visit Passau historic old town. There was beautiful views of the river from our room and the breakfast and terrace areas. This made our stay v relaxing. The boutique hotel is lovely and bedrooms very comfortable with great bed . The breakfast was lovely even if a little expensive. The slight negatives were that no one welcomed us when we arrived at 7.30pm and a letter and key were left on reception desk but we did realise that the reception isn’t manned all the time. We had v little coffee and teas sachets and no milk in the room on arrival. The shower room was v small but shower worked really well . The toilet was long a corridor which is not most convenient but we realise that this is a historic property layout. Overall we had. Very lovely 2 nights nd would definitely recommend. "

"The most spacious room we have stayed at, it is the size of a nice apartment. Easy parking and late checking, not in the center of everything but still walkable. We would definitely stay again. "

"Modern cabins and very clean. Uber and Bolt offer very limited services from train station in Cesky Krumlov. You can get a taxi, however. There is a small snack shop on the beach that offers drinks, coffee and ice cream. You can walk 20 minutes to sit down and eat good food. Scooters and e-bikes can e rented, but the company don't answer the friggin' phone when you call. We just walked to get food. Recommend bringing your own food and cook in the cabin Beautiful and relaxing place to just chill!"

"Great location, just few steps from the beach, staff was very freindly and helful, however not sure why pool and sauna is for extra fee also for the hotel guests, this is not standard for the 4 stars hotel"

"Es un lugar lleno de paz y en las noches estrelladas se pueden ver con lujo de detalle todo el firmamento. Muy amables en el trato con el pasante y todo muy bien arreglado. Completamente recomendado para familias y parejas."
