Staff is very courteous. Clean room. Beautiful grounds. Expect limited seating around the pool because this area is small. Ocean is a flat 5 minute walk. Restaurant was delicious. Free breakfast with choices was a bonus. This small hotel does everything right.

Rooms are adequate and clean but hotel is starting to show its age. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool area could use some umbrellas for shade. Breakfast is ok but could use some variety rather than just 3 choices.
